Youth Golf - Introduction to Fundamentals (Ages 4 - 6)

Location: Jacoby Golf Course, 3501 Willett Drive, 745-3111
This program will provide golf instruction and Life Skills training to participants that are too young to participate in the regular First Tee Programming. The objectives of this program are to:
- Provide a supportive environment in which to develop the basic coordination, agility, balance, and muscle strength necessary for the game of golf, and boost self-esteem and confidence in their golfing ability.
- Support the social growth of the participant by practicing basic skills such as listening, following directions, socialization with peers, and group activities.
All instruction will use basic SNAG equipment provided by Jacoby Golf Course.
Fee: $40 (4 classes)
Age: 4-6
Session 1:
Day: Wednesdays Time: 9:00-10:00am OR 10:30-11:30
Start: June 9 End: June 30
Session 2:
Day: Wednesdays Time: 9:00-10:00am OR 10:30-11:30
Start: July 7 End: August 4 (no class on 7/21)
Classes will be limited to 25 participants
Registration will be held at the Jacoby Golf Course Clubhouse during the following times:
· Wednesday, May 19th 5:00-7:00pm
· Wednesday, May 26th 5:00-7:00pm
· Saturday, May 29th 9am-12:00noon
